How to Identify Author
The person writing the memo, usually [From:X.] and the recipient [To: Y]. If the memo is to: File, do not include "File" as an author.
How to Identify Publisher
The person and company who created the memo.
Node Naming Convention
Use title as provided OR Some variation of the following: Memo from [Sending Party/ Organization] to [Recipient Party/ Organization]
