YPFS Definition

Written record that convey the business activities and financial performance of a company. Financial statements are often audited by government agencies, accountants, firms, etc. to ensure accuracy and for tax, financing, or investing purposes.

Financial Statement include  : Income statement, the balance sheet, statement of cash flows, and statement of stockholders' equity.  If the document includes deeper analysis of the information, discussion of legal problems, contingencies,  reserves, use  Financial Report.
