- Present at this meeting were the following members of Fannie Mae's Board of Directors: Stephen Ashley, Mr. Beresford, Mr. Freesh, Ms. Gaines, Ms. Horn, Ms. Macaskill, Mr. Mudd, Ms. Rahl, Mr. Sites, Mr. Smith, Mr. Swygert, and Mr. Wulff.
Messrs. Dallavecchia, Greener, Niculescu, Senhauser and Swad, and Mss. Doyle, Reddy, Thompson, and Wilkinson were also present.
Mr. Joffe and Ms. Sweet of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, who served as legal counsel for non-management members of the Fannie Mae Board was also present during this meeting.
