Author Selection Guidance
The author designated on the by-line on the physical book or cover page in the first few pages of the book.
Publisher Selection Guidance
The name of the publisher should appear at the bottom of the title page, under the title and author of the book. The publisher's name will usually be listed under the logo for the publisher.
