How to Identify Author

Lawyer(s) specified as author in document. If none, use the legal organization  name under which it is published.

How to Identify Publisher

The Law Review/Journal or law firm involved in the creation and dissemination of the article.

Node Naming Convention 

Use title as provided

Special Considerations

Articles  or Law Journal Note/Comment appearing in law-focused journals should also use this designation whether called "law review" or not.

For example, articles appearing in the American Business Law Journal, the official publication of the  American Business Law Association, would have this designation.
