How to Identify Publisher

In the programmatic sense, the institution offering the program. In a  private sense, the Company listed at the very top of the filing, usually an LTD or LLC , and would be “the issuer” of the financial asset. If there are two companies that fit this criteria (i.e. an LTD or LLC) Include both.
