An agreement (including any amendments) relating to loans, stock purchases, extensions of credit or other types of funding arrangements. Credit Agreements, Revolving Credit Agreement, Stock Purchase Agreement. Excludes payment for services.

All Parties to the Agreement unless there is a specific party identified as responsible for publication. A document that is available as part of a public filing made by a company the Pub= the company.
