YPFS DEFINITION

A  collection of documents relating to a shared topic or event that has been categorized by another  institution looking to more readily locate and identify specific materials within the collection of documents.

Author Selection Guidance

In this case, the author would be the institution that made the effort to organize the documents, as well the individuals or organization that initially created the catalogued materials.

Publisher Selection Guidance

The publisher should be the institution that has organized the documents and is now presenting it in its new indexed form.
