YPFS Definition
A brief reflection on he programmatic experience and effectiveness of specific policy tool from the institution administering the program, or international organization surveying multiple programs.
How to Identify Author
This could be written by specific individuals, in this case that person's name will be in the by-line for the document. Also in some cases this can be broadly written by the institution administering the program. The main distinction here is that Program Notes are written with the benefit of hindsight.
How to Identify Publisher
The institution responsibly for administering or reviewing the program(s).
Node Naming Convention
Briefing Note - A short paper that quickly and effectively informs a decision-maker about an issue.
Demand Note - A loan with no fixed term or repayment schedule. It can be recalled upon the lender's request, assuming the notice required by the provisions of the loan are met.
Market Notice - A formal communication issued by a central bank to participants in a specific capital market that sets out to further detail or update the parameters for a intervention program.
Notes - General - A brief record of facts, topics, or thoughts, written down as an aid to memory and organize a plan of action.
Notes - Revision/Comments - Written remarks or commentary intended to improve existing language or draft of a document.
Notice - A formal written notification that warns or imparts new guidelines that affect the legal rights, ability to access services, obligations, or duties of an individual or set of organizations.
