YPFS DEFINITION

A loan with no fixed term or repayment schedule. It can be recalled upon the lender's request, assuming the notice required by the provisions of the loan are met.

Author Selection Guidance

All parties involved in the transaction - both the lender and borrower. Both of these roles are likely to be identified with the introduction of the demand note.

In this case the author and publisher should be the same.
