YPFS Definition
Written remarks or commentary intended to improve existing language or draft of a document.
How to Identify Author
The individual who wrote the initial document, as well as the party making revision to the existing language, if different from the former.
How to Identify Publisher
The organization of the author(s), or the party that made this document publicly available.
Node Naming Convention
Use title as provided or use following naming convention: Revisions to [Description of Document]. Use the content of the document to inform the document description and be attentive to where it is being presented, what the intend use of the final document that has been commented on, etc.

Briefing Note - A short paper that quickly and effectively informs a decision-maker about an issue.
Demand Note - A loan with no fixed term or repayment schedule. It can be recalled upon the lender's request, assuming the notice required by the provisions of the loan are met.
Market Notice - A formal communication issued by a central bank to participants in a specific capital market that sets out to further detail or update the parameters for a intervention program.

Program Note - A brief reflection on he programmatic experience and effectiveness of specific policy tool from the institution administering the program, or international organization surveying multiple programs. The main distinction here is that Program Notes are written with the benefit of hindsight.
